  You may return all unused purchases within 10 days of your invoice date for a full refund less shipping costs.  Returned orders over $50.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exchange Policy

• You may return an item within 10 days of your invoice date in exchange for a different item.
   
• First send us an email to clarify which item is being returned & which item you want in exchange.
  
• Carefully package your item & send it back to this address:

• Include your return address and a phone number in case there is a problem.

• Customer assumes all S&H costs plus or minus the price difference. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS regular mail unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

• All items have a lifetime guarantee covering repair or replacement at our discretion.

• If an item ever breaks or needs repair, follow all these instructions: 
  1. Carefully package your item & send it back to this address:

• If you see an item you like but want a different color or length simply send us an email with the specifics.  You will be emailed an invoice for the item/s.
  
• When the item is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  
• There is no extra charge for Special Orders/Requests.
